2026 Assessment Roll now open
The 2026 Assessment Roll is now open and available for inspection for 30 days, until June 2, 2026, at the Town Office or may be viewed on the town website: pilotbutte.ca/assessments
2026 Assessment Notices have been sent on April 29th.
📬 Paper copies were put in the mail on April 29th, and are subject to Canada Post processing for delivery.
📧 For those receiving notices by email, e-notices were sent on April 29th and should be available in your email/Customer Portal account by April 30th.
** If you did not receive an assessment notice, there are likely no changes to the assessed value of your property. Only those that obtained a building permit for a new home, garage, addition, renovation or demolition or properties that had a change of ownership would receive an assessment notice.
Residents have 30 days from the opening of the assessment roll to file an appeal. Once the assessment roll closes on June 2, 2026, appeals for the 2026 assessment year will no longer be accepted.
Additional information about assessments, including FAQ and how to appeal can be found on the town website: pilotbutte.ca/assessments
