Property Tax Discount reminder!
To take advantage of the 8% discount on the municipal portion of property taxes payments must be received at the Town Office by 5pm on June 30th!
Online payments can take up to 3-5 days to be received. Please plan accordingly to ensure we receive payments in time.
Payments made between July 1 – September 29th will qualify for a 5% discount on on the municipal portion.
Property taxes are due by the end of the year, December 31st. Any amount unpaid by December 31st will be carried forward to the new year and will be subject to a 1.5% penalty on the first of every month thereafter until paid.
