Monday Night Fitness class

❗Don't forget to sign up for the upcoming Monday Evening Workout Strength & Stretch class on February 2nd at 6:30pm in the Community Hall!


💪 Feel stronger, stretch further, and reach your fitness goals!! This dynamic strength and flexibility class welcomes ages 16 years and up. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, Run Coach Laura Sullivan will guide you through a fun, energizing workout with modifications and variations offered to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace. We can’t wait to see you there!


💧Weights available at the hall. If you need any dumbbells over 10lbs please bring your own. Please bring a water bottle, sweat towel, yoga mat, indoor shoes, and appropriate workout clothes.
