Happy Halloween!

Wishing everyone a spooktacular Halloween filled with costumes, candy, and lots of fun! Whether you're heading out trick-or-treating or welcoming little visitors to your doorstep, we hope everyone has a fun and safe evening!

🍬 TRICK-OR-TREATING
The Town does not set or regulate trick-or-treating hours, however on October 21st, we asked the community what times they were planning to head out trick-or-treating or welcome trick-or-treaters this year. A number of residents shared that they were planning to start between 3:00–5:00 PM.

🔦 HALLOWEEN SAFETY TIPS
Let's keep our little trick-or-treaters safe!

🎃 Wear bright or reflective clothing and carry a flashlight or glow sticks to stay visible.
👻 Use sidewalks and crosswalks whenever possible, and look both ways before crossing streets.
🍬 Young children should be accompanied by an adult.
🚗 Drivers, please slow down, stay alert, and watch for excited trick-or-treaters!
🏠 Homeowners, keep walkways clear and well-lit for your Halloween visitors.

⛸️ HALLOWEEN NIGHT PUBLIC SKATE!
Looking for a fun way to wrap up your Halloween evening? Once the trick-or-treating fun is done, head to the Pilot Butte Recreation Centre for a Halloween Night Public Skate from 7:15–9:15 PM!

👻 HAVE YOU SEEN OUR LITTLE GHOST VIDEO?!
Our friendly little ghosts had some Halloween fun around town! If you haven't seen the video yet, check it out!

🎃 DON'T TOSS THOSE PUMPKINS JUST YET!
Keep the Halloween spirit going with 222 Pumpkin Place on Sunday, November 1st!

Residents are invited to drop off their carved pumpkins between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at the marked location along the Recreation Centre sidewalk, beside the baseball diamond fence.

The pumpkins will be lit up for a magical one-night display for the community to enjoy! Following the display, pumpkins will be donated to a local farm to feed the animals.

Have a safe, fun, and HAPPY HALLOWEEN, Pilot Butte!
