Advocating for Highway Safety Improvements

Dear Residents,

The Town of Pilot Butte Council remains committed to enhancing community safety by addressing critical traffic concerns within our community.

Recently, the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Chief Administrative Officer met at the Saskatchewan Legislature to advocate for essential safety upgrades at the intersection of Highway 46 and Highway 362.

Council has been actively engaged in these conversations for the past two years, working to ensure that resident safety remains a priority for provincial decision-makers. Discussions have been focused on safety concerns at Pilot Butte's highway intersections and along the Highway 46 corridor as a whole.

The Town is advocating for concrete infrastructure improvements that will reduce risks, improve traffic flow, and support the continued growth of our community. We are also seeking meaningful public engagement opportunities regarding the future of the Highway 46 corridor.

We will continue to keep residents informed as discussions progress and plans move forward.

Thank you for your continued support as we advocate for safer transportation infrastructure for our community.
