Public Notice: Intent to Borrow
Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Pilot Butte intends to review a bylaw, Intent to Borrow, on Monday May 11, 2026 at a regular Council Meeting. While the Town is not exceeding its legislated debt limit, the proposed borrowing term is intended to extend beyond three (3) years. In accordance with legislative requirements, Council must adopt a bylaw to authorize borrowing for a term longer than three years.

INTENT:
The proposed borrowing is intended to fund road revitalization throughout the Town.
PUBLIC INSPECTION:
Any person may inspect the proposed Bylaw at the Town Office, located at 222 Diamond Place, in the Town of Pilot Butte, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Copies of the proposed bylaws are available at the Town Office
Beginning Friday May 8, 2026, any person may inspect the proposed Bylaw online within the Meeting Agenda at: https://pilotbutte.ca/council-agendas
